ENCOURAGING BUSINESS START-UPS AND HELPING BUSINESSES TO GROW

  • The Cahr encourages the economic development of the Haut-Rhin by boosting business start-ups.

  • It aids entrepreneurs during both initial business set-up and further development stages. It is particularly focused on technologically advanced and innovative fields of activity.

  • It assists and advises entrepreneurs with regard to all the administrative formalities to be completed for various public bodies in Alsace, as well as helping them source government grants and aid.

  • It provides solutions for businesses looking for suitable premises, by finding suitable building plots and properties. It also puts businesses into contact with state-based and banking and industry partners.

  • The Cahr promotes closer cooperation between businesses, tertiary education and centres of technological excellence and research (CTI) by encouraging meetings and experience-sharing between these bodies.

  • The Cahr strives to promote the trinational Eurodistrict Basel based in France, Switzerland and Germany.
